The film is 'Achchamundu Achchamundu' and sources say that the film has shaped up in a stylish format with breathtaking intensity all the way.

The Hollywood crew was given the English script of the film so that it was easier for them to understand the scenes and dialogues. A few of the crew even managed to get some Tamil language coaching sessions with Prasanna and Sneha, who were more than enthusiastic to teach them. The crew was also very energetic and excited about the project and provided full support to translate director Arun Vaidhyanathan's vision into film.

'Achchamundu Achchamundu' boasts of a crew that has worked in the latest Indiana Jones film and in the Bruce Willis starrer that is expected to release soon.

This film could go down in history as the first film that linked Tamil Cinema with Hollywood.

'Sunshine smile' Sneha speaks out

Sneha is back in Chennai after completing her portions for the film 'Achchamundu Achchamundu' which was filmed completely in the United States of America.

Says Sneha, ''Achchamundu Achchamundu' is a thriller that will give you the creeps. The movie has come out very well. There are no songs in the film and the total duration is only one hour and twenty minutes. There are not much of fight sequences too. It'll be a great movie to watch'.

This is the first time Sneha is acting in such a kind of film. Moreover, this is the first time she had to stay in a foreign location for so long to complete the film. The movie also stars Prasanna and is directed by Arun Vaidhyanathan. Many Hollywood actors feature in this film and one of the latest advancements in the world of movie cameras – the RED camera has been used. The quality of cinematography is expected to be world class.

Sneha had a lot to say about her trip to America. 'I made a lot of friends there and we went shopping. I was on a clothes buying spree for some time and enjoyed working in America very much'.

On what kind of roles she would like to do in the future, Sneha said, 'I want to work in a love story that has the potential to melt hearts. It's a long time since I was involved in a film like that'.

She also added that she is waiting for the right script to get this desire into action. Now that 'Achchamundu Achchamundu' has been completed, Sneha would act in a film titled 'Aruvadai' followed by 'Autograph 2'.

Tabu to replace Sneha?

With Sneha opting out of K S Ravikumar's ‘Jaggubhai’, the baton has been now passed on to Tabu.

The Bollywood beauty Tabu, is no new face to Tamil cinema. She had been part of several hits including ‘Kandukondaen Kandukondaen’, ‘Siraichalai’ and ‘Snehithiye’.

The movie, to be directed by K S Ravikumar, features Shriya as the other heroine. . Ravikumar had initially planned to do ‘Jagghubhai’ with Superstar Rajinikanth.

However the project could not take off. He has now joined hands with Sarath Kumar for the venture.

Earlier, Sneha was assigned to play the female lead. However she backed out at the last moment forcing Ravikumar to approach Tabu.

Rajini mania kickstarts as 'Kuselan' nears completion

A plethora of emotions with a lingering look back at the past with the startling reality of the present is what 'Kuselan' is all about. In this remake of a Malayalam film named 'Katha Parayumpol' superstar Rajinikanth plays himself.

The superstar's acting portion has been completed. The movie still has some portions of Nayantara to be canned and even that is expected to be over in a day or two at the Ramoji Rao film city in Hyderabad. Some scenes involving Pasupathy and Meena are also pending. After that, full fledged post production work is slated to begin.

It is a moving tale of two boys who grow up together as thick buddies only to find themselves taken in different paths. One ends up as the superstar in the movies and the other a struggling barber.

Five beautiful ladies grace the screen along with the Superstar. While Nayantara plays the superstar's lady love, Trisha and Sneha feature in song sequences. Meena plays the struggling barber's (Pasupathy) wife. Mamtha Mohandas plays an assistant director in the film. Interestingly P. Vasu, the director of the film plays himself in front of the camera.

Intense sequences have been picturized especially when the shooting crew along with the superstar land up in the same place the barber's saloon is located. How would it be when the two childhood friends meet?

Rajinikanth has proved his mettle in charged up emotional scenes with legendary performances in movies like 'Mullum Malarum'. But then the larger than life superstar image was expected with every release of his, by his die hard fans. With 'Kuselan', Rajinikanth has got the opportunity to showcase his inner strengths as a prolific actor.

'Kuselan' could very well be the film to watch out for….what with a gripping story line and the magic of the superstar all rolled into one.

Sneha as Sarath's mother?

Sources say there are two Sarath Kumar in the movie and Sneha plays senior Sarath's wife. The junior (son) Sarath will have Shreya shaking her legs with him.

Sarath's ‘1977’, directed by Dinesh Kumar, is nearing completion and would be released very soon.
